Training and Competing

In early 2002 I decided I needed to get serious about getting in shape.  I started with a diet, added running and soccer, and dropped about 150 pounds.  Finally, I started to get into triathlons.  I’m attracted to the sport because it rewards a unique blend of persistence, application of scientific principles, and individual fortitude.  Here I have put some basic information about the sport, my race results from the past, and my planned schedule.
