A compendium of my non-scientific writing:

published by Sentient Publications.  Release date: November, 2009.

The Ivory Asylum: An Extended Visit With the Mad Scientists of Academia

An account of the terrible, odd and funny things I’ve seen and done in pursuing an advanced degree in biomedical research.  Proposal is in circulation.

Urbane Legends  (Tentative Title)

A collection of stories, observations, and whims that make up the Noah experience.  I have decided to build the book online, posting the stories on my Urbane Legends Page.

Sample Works

A collection of stories available online:

Sample Book Proposal

I am occasionally asked how one goes about selling a book.  Apart from query letters (single-page entendres to sell your book), proposals are short works representing the work you’re trying to sell.  To help everyone, I’ve posted my first-ever book proposal (note the title change from the original to final version).

The Cat’s Meow

While doing research on my first book, I stumbled across a collected stories about weight gain fiction, which I found somewhat hilarious in scope.  As a homage, I decided to try my hand at the delicate art of fat fiction.

Thumb of Destiny

My second, perhaps even odder, attempt at fat fiction.  This was written for my girlfriend as a birthday present.
